AT&T Digital Life
Interactive Window: Conexus developed a solution that allowed passers-by to press the “buttons” on the window decal to activate an audio track and automated event in the window display to highlight the features of AT&T Digital Life. AT&T had a 500% M.o.M. increase in sales while the display was up.
Store Experience: Due to the success of the Window program, Digital Life became a permanent fixture in the AT&T Flagship Store. We redesigned the experience as a customer self-education tool and a guided experience the sales associates could use in their sales process.

Partnering with Miller Zell, designers of the Micro Center store of the future, we integrated cutting-edge digital elements to streamline operations, deepen customer relationships, and drive product engagement.

The Opportunity
Micro Center approached the team with a request to help them solve a number of problems occurring in their stores, including managing the high volume of SKUs in each store, and stores with little inventory management or tracking. This led to Customers and Associates not finding products they need or where they live on the shelf.

We designed and developed an inventory management system where the associates use a mobile app to:
- Manage the customer-facing and back stock location of products
- Easily see the customer-facing and back stock locations of products
- Get blue line directions to any product location
Increase efficiency of self-stocking for product sell through
We designed and developed a down-stocking management system where the associates use a mobile app to:
- Place and track overstock wherever there is available space in the store and easily find it when it comes time to down-stock
- Easily see the SKU/Products that need to be down-stocked in their area of responsibility.
- Be notified when SKU/Products need to be down-stocked
Provide management-level visibility to inventory management aligned with merchandising plan
We designed and developed an inventory management system where the associates use a mobile app to:
- Assign area to be down-stocked to associates
- Run reports to gain insights on down-stocking compliance
- Run reports to understand the qty of SKU/Products that require down-stocking over a time period to plan resources

Maintaining accurate pricing across hundreds of computers is a struggle. Our digital price tag solution solved this problem. It showcases product features, ensures consistently correct pricing with automatic updates, and allows the display of multiple model versions – even including monitor prices. Customers can scan a QR code for instant website access and further research. The system's uniform design reinforces branding and adds a polished, professional look to the entire PC department.
